Which is the best-performing U.S. apartment market?

Amityville House, which had a record-setting opening in 2017, is looking to replicate that momentum in 2018.

The building is a renovated 1960s-era structure, and is owned by developer and Amity Village resident Mark Bessinger.

This year, the property is seeing a surge in listings with buyers looking to move into the building.

The home is now listed on the secondary market for $721,000.

Amityvillians have been flocking to the house for several years now, but it is only recently that the building has become so popular.

“This is the biggest and best selling Amity house,” Mark Bressinger, the building’s developer, told Axios.

“It is the only one in the city and I have been here a lot.”

Mark Bessen said he wanted to build a modern, affordable home that he could share with his wife and two young children.

He hopes that the Amity Hill home can help Amity-villians move from the city to the suburbs.

“I think the people who have been living here a long time are really attracted to this place,” he said.

“The amenities are just so much better here.”

The house was built in the 1920s to house Bessingers wife and her two children.

The Bessers purchased the building in 2003 and renovated it to become an attractive, contemporary home for their family.

Mark said that the renovations had helped make the home more desirable.

“We are a very good looking place, we are a great community, we have a good quality of life,” he told Axioms.

“People who live here are very happy.”

Mark said he had no plans to make any changes to the building at this time.

“You don’t have to move to this neighborhood,” he added.

“But I want to make sure it stays a very nice home.”

The building was also featured in a 2018 episode of AMC’s “The Walking Dead.”

Amity houses are popular in the area, as well.

The community of Amity has seen a spike in residents who want to move, and they are also a popular location for vacation homes.

The average price of a vacation home in Amity is about $1.4 million, according to Trulia.

A recent report from Trulia noted that a third of residents who moved to the Amish community said they wanted to leave the area.

“A lot of them said that they would move out, or they had to move out because they had nowhere else to go,” Mark said.

Amish communities are also known for being extremely generous with their tax dollars.

Amryvillians in the neighborhood say that the local government is very generous with the money they receive from the federal government, and that they are given a chance to participate in certain projects.

This has helped make Amity an attractive community for those who want a more affordable lifestyle.

“Amity is very nice,” Mark added.

In addition to the home, Amity also owns two other buildings in the community.

The first is a large brick house, which is currently listed for $2.2 million.

The second building, the new Besser Brothers apartment building, is currently listing for $1,995,000, which Mark said is more than enough for his family to live there.

“If you are a local person, and you want to go out to a nice place and have a nice life, this is where you want [to be],” he said to Axiomms.

The Amity building is only the latest home in the AmiAm neighborhood to see a surge of interest in 2018 as the area sees more residents move to the area and other businesses move in.

“There is a lot going on in the real estate market right now,” Mark explained.

“And a lot of people are looking for something that is more convenient and they want to live closer to their jobs.

This is the perfect place for them.”
