How to set up your own home network

A few weeks ago, I bought a brand new home in New York City. 

It’s the kind of house that I’d like to keep forever, and it has the features I want in my home.

But, it’s also the kind that’s going to take a lot of money.

And so, I needed to figure out how to make my money back and how to get rid of my old house.
